he river Wharfe is one of my local rivers, it is a true Yorkshire freestone spate river, which I am lucky enough to be able fish all season. it holds a good head of wild Brown Trout as well as some stocked fish and do not forget the grayling.
It is one of my favourite teaching rivers as it lends itself to all forms of fly fishing, so if you want to learn to speycast or move into modern nymphing we can do it all. I also fish other local rivers and reservoirs and stillwaters.
